The gastronomic experiences offered by the restaurants of the Ses Forquilles Group are available for online purchase on the website www.sesforquilles.com, where the prices and conditions for each experience is detailed.

The prices published on the website include all taxes. The establishment reserves the right to modify prices, without retroactive application to sales concluded prior to this modification.

When making a purchase, the customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of all the information provided and for making the payment. If found to be incorrect, this may result in the cancellation of the purchase.

In case of error or refusal of payment, the transaction is considered not completed and the purchase is suspended.

The customer will receive confirmation of purchase of the experience by email, they will be able to download the voucher in PDF format and print it if necessary. Any confirmation is sent as soon as the establishment validates the payment.

In the event that the customer makes an error that prevents or delays the reception of the transaction receipt, the establishment will not be held responsible.

To redeem the gift voucher, it will be essential to reserve in advance, indicating the code assigned on the voucher and present it at the restaurant on the day of the reservation.

The experience can be enjoyed within 6 months from the date of purchase. Should you exceed the 6 month period, the offer is non-refundable and will be considered accepted by the establishment.
