About us

The Ses Forquilles Group is formed of various restaurants and gastronomic services based in Menorca. We have created and manage the brands Ses Forquilles, El Rais, COC and Ses Culleres, and since 2013 we proudly manage the restaurant of the rural hotel Sant Joan de Binissaida. We also provide consultancy and event organization services for professionals and individuals.


We are committed to a comprehensive gastronomic approach. To reach a wider and more heterogeneous audience, we have expanded with new brands and have added to the traditional catering service, event organization, the creation of personalized experiences and also culinary advice to third parties.
